Hello I have also asked all my media contacts to please expand their reporting on Justice Steven’s comments on the “Broken” Capital punishment system in the US. CNN incorrectly reported that three dozen inmates, who were awaiting execution on Death Row, were exonerated and proved innocent by DNA testing. The actual number of exonerations of death row prisoners is well over 100. The 100 mark was reached back in the Spring of 2002, according to the Christian Since Monitor: As of 2005, according to an Associated Press Article, the number is now past 150: Please also investigate why Prosecutors are so vehemently opposed to testing DNA; especially in those cases where the inmate has refused to acknowledge his guilt, which has resulted in parole being denied.
